Hopkinton State Fair ("Event Sponsor") has engaged EclipseTicketing.com to provide ticketing fulfillment service through the use of Eclipse's proprietary web site. As such Eclipse takes orders for tickets, processes payments for these tickets and provides accessible information for At Gate Delivery and/or uses the United States Postal Service or similar delivery services to deliver tickets to the appropriate shipping address.

Ticket Purchase confirmations are available by printing the Confirmation Page and an email providing confirmation of the ticket purchase and method of delivery is also sent to the Buyer.

Tickets purchased through this site are NON-REFUNDABLE and may NOT BE EXCHANGED except in the case of post-ponement or cancellation of the Event. In this case of cancelation of the event all REFUND claims shall be made either to the Event Sponsor or to refunds@eclipseticketing.com.

Refunds are limited to the FACE AMOUNT of the Ticket. Service fees and delivery charges are not normally refundable. Refunds of these charges may be made at the option of the EVENT SPONSOR or ECLIPSE. For additonal questions regarding the eligiabilty of refunds please contact refunds@eclipseticketing.com.

Purchase of tickets using this site affirms your ACCEPTANCE of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.

Tickets that are requested to be delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS) will be delivered no later than ONE week (7 days) prior to the scheduled date of the event. In the event that you do not receive delivery of tickets within one week of the event please contact orders@eclipseticketing.com.

Users of this web site agree that they will be bound by these explicit rules and all other applicable laws and regulations that govern transactions made by using this site. EclipseTicketing.com and its contractors reserve the right to change these rules at any time and they will be effective upon posting on the site. The date of the latest revision is found in the title.

If there are violations of the rules, than EclipseTicketing.com reserves the right to cancel your access to the site, cancel prior ticket sales by providing you a refund of the purchase cost, or taking appropriate legal action.

1. Users acknowledge that they are only authorized to use this site to obtain information about listed events and to reserve and purchase tickets to events that they select. All purchases shall be made only for personal use and tickets issued shall not be resold except as permitted by governing state and local regulations regarding the resale of tickets.

2. Users acknowledge that they are authorized to submit the credit card information provided in their name and that they have the full right to use said cards, and that cards have not been obtained illegally or through fraudulent actions.

3. Users acknowledge that the information on the site pages, the design of the pages and any other information related to the design or functionality of the pages is the sole property of EclipseTicketing.com and/or its contractors and clients,and that they will not download, distribute,publish modify or otherwise change the material on these pages, except to provide review event information, receive promotional information, purchase tickets and/or products, or receive confirmation of user purchases, without the express written consent of EclipseTicketing.com and or its contractors and/or suppliers and clients.

4. Users acknowledge that the content and software code presented on this site is the property of EclipseTicketing.com and/or its contractors and suppliers and that it is subject to the copyright laws of the United States of America other international jurisdictions.
